Refund Policy

1. Return Period

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for physical books and 3 days for digital products. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unopened (for sealed books)
  • In the original packaging
  • Not damaged or marked
  • Returned within the specified time period

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Digital books and e-books (unless defective)
  • Personalized or custom-printed books
  • Books with removed shrink wrap or opened packaging
  • Damaged or marked books
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service within the return period
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided shipping label
  5. Wait for inspection and processing (3-5 business days)

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

6. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  • Contact us immediately upon discovery
  • Provide photos of the defect if possible
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Full refund including shipping costs will be provided
  • Replacement will be sent at no additional cost

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

8. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different format or for items of equal value. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within the return period.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
